The Education Testing Council ETC, a division of the Higher Education Commission HEC, has just been founded. Students who wanted to attend government and private colleges in Islamabad and received high marks on it took the ETC’s inaugural exam in October 2022. Although HEC has set up an ETC to take tests at no cost, NTS charges a lot for them. Students will be able to retrieve their HEC ETC entrance exam results whenever that happens.
