Khawaja Fareed University Of Engineering Admission 2023 Entry Test
To apply for BS Physics (5th Semester), you need either 14 years of education in Mathematics & Physics with 45% marks or an Associate degree in Science (ADS) with a minimum 2.0 CGPA. Candidates can apply for admission in Karachi and MUET, Jamshoro, and there are several options for the entry test: NUST in Islamabad, NTS, ETEA, or any other recognized entity conducting the entry test (KFEAT). Students can apply for the KFUEIT Admission 2023 Apply Online via the KFUEIT e-portal on this page. Just click on the Apply online button or visit the official website and follow these few simple steps:
- Visit the official website of the Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology kfueit.edu.pk
- Go to the Admission secretion and click on “Apply Now for Admission”
- After that Click on the Register button below the log-in detail
- Now Provide some detail such as:

Eligibility Criteria for KFUEIT Admission 2023
Undergraduate (Bridging Semester) Eligibility Criteria:
BS Physics (5th Semester):
- 14 years of education in Mathematics & Physics or equivalent with 45% marks / Associate degree in Science (ADS) with a minimum 2.0 CGPA.
- Fulfillment of eligibility criteria for 4 years BS Physics program.
- KFUEIT recognized/valid aptitude test (KFAT / NAT).
BS Chemistry (Bridging Semester):
- 14 years of education in Chemistry or equivalent with 45% marks.
- Fulfillment of eligibility criteria for 4 years of BS Chemistry program.
- KFUEIT recognized/valid aptitude test (KFAT / NAT).
BS Zoology (5th Semester) and BS Botany (5th Semester):
- 14 years of education with Zoology and Botany or equivalent with 45% marks / relevant Associate Degree in Science with minimum 2.0 CGPA.
- Fulfillment of eligibility criteria for 4 years BS Zoology and BS Botany programs.
- KFUEIT recognized/valid aptitude test (KFAT / NAT).
BBA (5th Semester):
- 14 years of education in ADP, BA, B. Com, BSc, or equivalent with 45% marks.
- Fulfillment of eligibility criteria for 4 years BBA program.
- KFUEIT recognized/valid aptitude test (KFAT / NAT).
BS English (5th Semester):
- BA, BSC, ADP (English) or equivalent with 2.0 CGPA.
- 45% marks in English Subject.
- Fulfillment of eligibility criteria for 4 years BS English program.
- KFUEIT recognized/valid aptitude test (KFAT / NAT).
Eligibility Criteria for Graduate Programs:
- For most programs, you need a GPA of 2.5 out of 4.0 or 3.5 out of 5.0 in the semester system, or 50% marks in the annual system.
- For specific programs like MS Health, Safety and Environment, MBA 2.5 years, MS Agricultural Entomology, Agronomy, and Agricultural Engineering, you need a GPA of 2.5 out of 4.0 or 3.5 out of 5.0 in the semester system, or 60% marks in the annual system.
- For MS Biotechnology and MS Biochemistry, you need a GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 in the semester system, or 60% marks in the annual system.
- For M.Phil. English (Linguistics), M.Phil. Islamic Studies, M.Phil. Education, and M.Phil. Urdu, you need a GPA of 2.0 out of 4.0 in the semester system, or 45% marks in the annual system.
- You must have a minimum of 50% cumulative score in the NTS GAT General Test or a minimum of 60% cumulative score in the KFGAT. These scores are mandatory for all programs.
Eligibility Criteria for Post-Graduate Programs
To qualify for Post Graduate Programs, you should have either a GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 in the semester system or score at least 60% marks in the annual system. Moreover, you need to achieve a minimum of 60% cumulative score in the NTS GAT Subject test or the HEC test, or reach the 60th percentile score in the International GRE Subject test. Alternatively, you can pass the departmental admission test with a minimum of 70% cumulative score. Additional requirements may be suggested by HEC or approved by the department.
