Qualification:
A Bachelor’s degree from a university or institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan or a reputable foreign university is required. Candidates with foreign degrees must provide an equivalence certificate from HEC at the time of the interview to verify that they possess 14 years of education. Failure to do so will disqualify the applicant. Applicants awaiting final results as of the application deadline are ineligible. Individuals with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree exceeding 14 years of education will not be considered.

Age:
Applicants must be at most 24 years old as of the application deadline for the SBP BSC. This age limit is relaxed by three years for candidates from FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, Balochistan, and Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Existing employees of SBP or its subsidiaries may have the age limit relaxed by five years, provided they meet all other eligibility criteria.
Pre-Induction Training:
Successful candidates must complete pre-induction formalities, including medical and psychological examinations. Upon completion, they will undergo residential theoretical training at the National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF) in Islamabad. Those who successfully pass the theoretical training will be offered a position as an Officer Grade-I at SBP BSC.

Trainees during theoretical training will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 24,500/- and free boarding and lodging at NIBAF, Islamabad. Existing SBP BSC employees selected for the training will continue to receive their regular salaries and will also be eligible for daily/incidental allowances while at NIBAF.
Upon successful completion of theoretical training, trainees will be appointed as Officer (OG-I) with a consolidated monetized salary of Rs. 49,000/- per month, plus other benefits as per Bank policies.
