MERIT CALCULATION FOR MBBS
- FOR MBBS, THE FOLLOWING WEIGHTING FORMAT IS USED TO ORDER THE MERIT LIST
- (Pre-Medical) FSc (High School Senior Certificate) (60 percent ) This only applies to those pursuing degrees in science.
- Medical School Admissions Test (20 percent )
- The college will administer the exam (20 percent ) There will be no admissions exam, as a result.
- Applicants will get full scores on the entrance exam in determining their college merit)
- Aptitude exam for medical school students to measure their command of the English language
MERIT CALCULATION FOR BDS
- The following weighting algorithm is used to determine the merit list for the BDS programme:
- First division in Pre-Medical Studies (50 percent ) (science-related)
- MDCAT is the admissions test (25 percent )
- The college will administer the exam (25 percent ) (There will be no entrance exam.) Applicants will get full scores on the entrance exam in determining their college merit).
- Aptitude exam for medical school students to measure their command of the English language
