HEC Moroccan Government Scholarships 2024 for Pakistani Students

Coverage of Scholarships
The Moroccan Government scholarship does not pay for registration fees; they are the student’s own costs, as are lodging, transportation, and other expenditures. The scholarship offers the following:
- Allowance of 750 Dirham (about $75 USD) per month.
- Assistance with the cost of printing theses for Master’s and PhD Candidates upon submission of required paperwork to AMCI.
Requirements
To qualify for this scholarship, candidates need to:
- Be a citizen of Pakistan or AJK and a long-term resident of either country. Holders of two nationalities are ineligible.
- Provide your HAT or USAT test results. If you do not have these scores, go to the Education Testing Council website for further information.
- Possess a full education (12 years at the FSC/A-level), 16 years at the Master’s level, and 18 years at the PhD level) in pertinent disciplines. Undergraduate applications may only be up to 23 years old.
- Fulfill any extra conditions imposed by the Moroccan university you want to attend.
Required Documents
- Copy of the HEC application that has been signed.
- Copy of all academic records with attestations.
- Copy of CNIC.
- Motivation letter.
- Certificates attesting to exceptional academic achievement and participation in extracurricular and volunteer work.
- A recommendation letter.
- Master’s degree dissertation or thesis and doctoral thesis proposal are required for PhD applicants.
- Non-criminal History (Certificate of Police Clearance).
- A medical certificate attesting to your good health.
- If employed, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer.

- Print a copy of the application to be signed after it has been submitted.
Languages of Teaching
French: The primary language used in the scientific, technical, and business sectors is French. Admitted candidates are required to take a refresher course in French during the 2024–2025 academic year.
Arabic: Islamic Studies and Arabic Language and Literature Courses.
Legal Science: Depending on the candidate’s preference, instruction is provided in Arabic or French.
