PHSA Peshawar LHV Admission 2023-25 has been announced for the LHV Diploma for female candidates for Gilgit Baltistan, Azad & Jammu Kashmir. The Last date of Provincial Health Services Academy LHV Admission is 15 September 2023. How to Apply for PHSA LHV Admission?

• Admissions via ads in national and local Urdu papers, and one Urdu paper in Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Jammu Kashmir.
• Prospectus on the PHSA website and relevant Public Health School.
• Fill out the admission form, attach docs, and submit to a suitable Public Health School based on domicile and district.
• Submit Rs. 600/- fee with form at chosen School (not refundable). Usage is explained on page 35.
• Within 15 working days from the last app submission date, make a provisional merit list per district. Display in respective Public Health Schools.
• Interviews on dates from the ad. All candidates, even waitlisted, must attend. Must be there physically. Absence means losing admission even if meritorious.
• Note: Interviews could be delayed by authority in undue situations.

Eligibility Criteria:

The total merit marks are set at 100. To be eligible, candidates need at least 45% marks in their SSC exam with science subjects, and they can get 70% of their total marks from this exam. If they scored ≥45% in their FSC (Pre-Medical) exam, they can receive 30% marks from it; otherwise, their SSC Science marks will be used. Hafiz-e-Quran candidates can earn 20 extra marks if certified; otherwise, they are treated like regular candidates.

A reserved seat for disabled candidates exists in each school and will be given based on merit if multiple candidates apply. Self-finance seats for AJK and Gilgit Baltistan are also based on merit. Interviews are for verification and fitness only, with no marks awarded.

Required documents:

• Attested photocopies of SSC/FSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent certificates with Mark Sheet
• Attested copy of Domicile Certificate.
• Attested copy of applicant’s CNIC or Form-B.
• Attested copy of father/guardian’s CNIC.
• Character certificate from last attended educational institution.
• Three recent passport-size photos, attested, with a blue background.
• Valid disability certificate if applicable.
• Valid Hifz-e-Quran certificate from registered Deeni Madrassa if applicable.
