To be considered for admission, a student must obtain an F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) degree from Pakistan or equivalent as approved by the Inter Board Chairman Committee (IBCC). Candidate must pass the Pakistan Medical Commission’s (PMC) National MDCAT test to be eligible for admission to WMDC for MBBS and BDS programs. The MDCAT exam’s passing grade will be unadjusted to 65 percent.

An international student who does not hold Pakistani nationality, or has dual nationality, or is a non-resident Pakistani citizen and obtained their HSSC or equivalent 12th-grade qualification outside Pakistan shall be referred to as a “Foreign Student” for admission at the University of Pakistan.
