Higher Education Department KPK has introduced the online college admission system OCAS for admission 2024 in the first year.

KPK Colleges Online Admission 2024 Last Date
The government and Commerce colleges of the KPK province have initiated a good step for the students to apply online for admission in 2024. Students can apply for admissions online and pay their dues online via Jazz Cash from the retailer or personal Jazz Cash account. Valid CNIC Form-B and mobile no are mandatory to apply for online admissions in KPK government colleges.

Government College Peshawar online admission 2024
Higher Education, Archives & Libraries Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has initiated this system of Online Admission to Government Colleges in KPK. The first step is to sign up and fill in the required information. Secondly, click on the “Personal Profile” and fill it. Then, save the personal information according to the Matric certificate/DMC. Fill up the matriculation exam details and click on the verification with Board Data.

Now, you can submit an online application for enrollment in 2024 to KPK government institutions. Please visit administration department kpk. The system automatically brings it up to date. Then click on the import data. Now, your profile is ready for online admission.

Now click on the “New Admission Request” and enter the information about the college in which you want to get admission and submit the application. Click on “Confirm” to proceed further.
KPK Colleges Online Admission 1st Year 2024
Now generate the application processing fee voucher and get the 12-digit no on the fee voucher. Pay the admission fee of 100 Pkr to the nearest Jazz cash retailer shop according to the voucher number. If students do not pay the admission of 100 Pkr, their application cannot be processed further, and the pending/not verified status will show.

After the submission of the application form, no changes will be made. To amend their admission details, students should write an application to the institution’s principal in which intuition they submit the admission application. Repeat the same procedure from step 9 to apply to another college.

- Enter your academic information.
- Fill in and verify your academic information.
- Complete your profile.
- Apply to any college for admission.
- Deposit the application fee in any Jazz Cash retailer shop.

Note:
- Students are not allowed to fail in one or more subjects.
- Candidates obtaining less than 45% marks in the Matriculation are not eligible.
- Candidates who are placed in E grade are not eligible.
- Students who have passed equivalent exams in another faculty or group are not allowed regular admission.
- Candidates who do not secure the seat by depositing the required fee will not be considered for admission, and their seat will be allotted to the other student.
- The following criteria award seats for intermediate or two-year degree programs.
For the local candidates of the area, sixty percent (60%) seats are reserved. On the following basis, the candidate is defined as local to the college.
- Domicile of District Peshawar.
- The employee of the federal or provincial govt. Child/spouse in the district of Peshawar is considered.
- Candidates passing the previous exams from a school/college situated in the area of district Peshawar.
- For jurisdictional local candidates, 18% of seats are reserved
- 10% of seats are allocated to candidates other than the local area who placed in A, A1, and A+ in the last exam.
- 5% of seats are reserved for the HED KPK children.
- For disabled persons on a provincial basis, 2% of seats are reserved.
- Vacant seats are allocated to the local area students
- Sports Quota merit list will be prepared based on the candidate’s performance in the games.
