BIEK Admission New Rules and Regulations
The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) has announced new rules and regulations for the students seeking admission to the First year 2024-2025.
The admissions for the first year of intermediate have begun throughout Sindh and the admissions will now be based on Class IX results, with open merit seats available exclusively to students with A1 or A grades.
This year, Karachi will continue its college zone system, which means that students who don’t have A1 or A grades will be able to apply to any college in the city, but otherwise, they must apply to the colleges that are closest to them.
Seven zones make up the government colleges in Karachi; 30% of admissions are granted based on open merit and 70% are determined by the zone.

A Guide to the Karachi SECCAP Form and Claims Process
- Students cannot request a change of faculty via the claim form, thus they must make an informed choice while filling out the placement form.
- There is no way that a college could accept you if your merit is higher than your grades. In this regard, we will not accept any form.
- A student’s top eight colleges or universities and/or high schools cannot be altered at this time.
- As a result of the move, the farm is no longer considered acceptable.
- Applications will only be accepted at the official claim centers; the SECCAP headquarters will not accept paper applications.
- Only those specified locations will have copies of the forms.
- We cannot accept any photocopies. No copies or facsimiles will be allowed; only the originals.
- Include a copy of the receipt and the digital form with your submission.

How to Get Digital Card ID For GOVT Colleges Karachi
Candidates from Karachi who are interested in enrolling in government institutions in Karachi are urged to submit their applications to the Sindh E-Centralized College Admission Program (SECCP) before the application deadline. You have until August 2024 to submit your application. All students in Karachi seeking admission to a public school must first register with SECCP.

With due respect, I want to request you that my daughter applied through SECCAP for admission in XI Year for Pre-Medical, and her form was approved for admission in Govt Degree Science and Commerce College for Women Block-16 Federal B Area Karachi.
But College personnel are not giving her admission. The last date for admission of form is 15.8.2023.
Her result for O level final is awaited which will announce on 16.8.2023.
In this regard please guide us as admission date will expire on 15.8.2023.
